Warehouse Associate – IT Equipment Logistics

About the role

Sycomp is looking for two Warehouse Associates to support its Sydney operations. You will handle the receipt, storage, inventory control, configuration staging, and shipment of IT equipment for customers across Australia and the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of IT equipment and materials.
• Accurately store and record inventory using warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to quality standards.
• Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing and reverse logistics activities.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Handle shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and work in a warehouse environment.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Experience using inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management tools.
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
