Warehouse Assistant – Wash Hub Operations

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to manage day‑to‑day operations at our Wash Hub, the central facility for our reusable cup program. The role combines warehouse logistics, commercial dishwasher operation, and delivery duties within the Sydney area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse workflows and maintain an organised storage environment.
• Operate and maintain a commercial dishwasher to clean reusable coffee cups, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Deliver and collect cups across the serviceable Sydney area using an electric van.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of inventory.
• Sort, inspect, and pack reusable cups for distribution.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping to keep the warehouse safe and tidy.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and report hazards to the Warehouse Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 15 kg.
• Physical stamina for frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
