Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in Redbank, Brisbane. The role involves picking and packing customer orders, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage module and voice picking tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and effectively.
• Perform general warehouse duties, keeping the area clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain product flow within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments and support inventory management when needed.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to provide a clear National Criminal History Check.
• Willingness to attend a face‑to‑face interview and undergo functional testing.
