VR General Practitioner – Full-Time or Part-Time

About the role

Gisborne Medical Centre, an established general practice in the Macedon Ranges about 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD, is seeking VR General Practitioners to join its team on a full-time or part-time basis. The practice is busy, with strong patient demand, and offers daytime and after-hours consulting so GPs can shape their own working arrangements.

The practice works seven days a week, supports a broad patient population and helps GPs develop their clinical interests and build long-term relationships with patients and families. It is strongly committed to lifelong learning, supervising and training medical students and General Practice Registrars, many of whom go on to join the team.

You will work alongside experienced GPs and nursing staff in a collaborative environment, with experienced practice management, administration, marketing and IT teams providing support. The practice also gives access to pathology, medical imaging, pharmacy, emergency care, psychology, physiotherapy, podiatry, dietetics and diabetes education.
