Visual Merchandise Manager - Bourke Street Flagship

About the role

MECCA is opening its new 4,000 sqm Bourke Street flagship, one of the largest beauty destinations in the world, with over 200 brands, 80 new experiences and services. The Visual Merchandise Manager leads a dynamic team, keeps visual standards consistent across all locations, new concept destinations and event spaces, and drives creative and commercial decisions. The role is full-time and may include late-night and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Support Centre team to curate a seamless shopping experience, aligning product and brand adjacencies with the store vision.
• Maintain and improve Visual Merchandising standards across core home locations.
• Lead and develop the team, keeping education, safety, legislation and training standards up to date.
• Deliver VM promotional campaigns, including window and in-store activations, in collaboration with the Support Centre.
• Identify and drive VM commercial opportunities with the Store Manager, leadership team and Support Centre.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a compelling shopping experience.
• Expertise in maintaining and improving Visual Merchandising standards.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team development.
• Demonstrated success implementing VM promotional campaigns and activations.
