VIP Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel (Perth/Adelaide)

About the role

FCM is seeking an experienced VIP Travel Consultant to deliver high‑touch travel management for a select portfolio of high‑profile corporate clients. You will work in a vibrant, team‑focused environment with the flexibility of two days remote work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including international flights, hotels, car hire and ground transport.
• Utilise Sabre GDS to build complex itineraries, handle ticket exchanges and Phase IVs with precision.
• Apply strong fare knowledge to optimise cost and compliance.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across large organisations.
• Adhere to company procedures, account guidelines and service standards while meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistently outstanding client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Proven expertise in complex fares and itineraries.
• High‑level GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
• Self‑ticketing capability is a strong advantage.
• Experience in high‑end corporate travel is desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer‑service orientation.
