Video Producer for Mobile Game & App Ads

About the role

Last Night Media is seeking a creative Video Producer to own end‑to‑end video ad production for global mobile game and app brands. You will lead a small video team, ensuring high‑quality output, strong performance, and clear client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Own project timelines, budgets and delivery, guaranteeing on‑time, high‑quality outputs.
• Lead pre‑production tasks including planning, scheduling, call sheets, locations, permits and logistics.
• Manage on‑set operations, script supervision and talent coordination.
• Write high‑performing short‑form ad scripts, craft hooks, value propositions and conversion‑focused CTAs.
• Act as primary client contact from kickoff to final delivery, providing proactive updates and handling feedback.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience producing video content in an agency, freelance or in‑house environment.
• Strong creative instinct for funny, punchy concepts that perform in social ad campaigns.
• Excellent project management, leadership and client communication skills.
• Genuine interest in games, social platforms and emerging video formats such as TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Required skills

• Scriptwriting for short‑form performance ads.
• Understanding of pacing, hooks and storytelling for paid social.
