Venue Manager - Food and Beverage

About the role

A hospitality group is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead food and beverage operations and improve customer experience in a busy venue in the northern suburbs of Perth. The position is permanent and full-time, with a salary of up to $95,000, and is not open to sponsorship or work visas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations and give hands-on leadership to a young food and beverage team.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff scheduling, labour costs, recruitment and training to optimise team productivity.
• Handle stock control, supplier orders and entertainment coordination to improve venue offerings.
• Work closely with the kitchen leadership team on a creative, quality-driven food service.
• Keep communication clear between customers and staff.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Approved responsible service of alcohol manager certification.
• Satisfactory police check and appropriate work rights status.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
