About the role

Join Tesla Australia as a Vehicle Service Technician and deliver an exceptional service experience for Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y owners. Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service and repairs for Tesla vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, brake, HVAC and electronic system issues.
• Utilise diagnostic scan tools and scopes to identify faults and perform calibrations.
• Maintain service standards, follow Tesla processes and contribute to a safe, efficient workshop environment.
• Collaborate with the service team to continuously improve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Qualified/Certified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician.
• 2–3 years of experience as a motor mechanic or technician (Hybrid/EV experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of service methods, parts, tools and vehicle systems.
• Fluent verbal English communication.
• Passion for the Tesla brand and its mission.
