Unified Communications Systems Administrator

About the role

The Unified Communications Systems Administrator will support and maintain unified communications, collaboration systems and related servers across the Northern NSW Local Health District. You will work within a dedicated IT infrastructure team to design, install, configure and sustain enterprise‑level services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, configure and support unified communications and collaboration platforms.
• Maintain operating systems, cloud services and associated hardware across all district sites.
• Participate in ICT projects to deliver system improvements within scope and budget.
• Provide tier‑2/3 support for enterprise IT services and ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in managing unified communications and collaboration technologies.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to project delivery.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or legal right to work in Australia.
