Underground Truck Driver (FIFO Perth)

About the role

Gold Fields is hiring an Underground Truck Driver for its Granny Smith gold mine, with a FIFO arrangement from Perth on an 8/6 day, 7/7 night rotating roster. The driver hauls ore and waste underground and reports to the Supervisor Underground Production. The role suits experienced underground truck drivers looking for a stable, long-term position in a strong team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate underground haul trucks safely and efficiently
• Transport ore and waste while meeting production targets and cycle times
• Carry out pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks
• Work with underground crews and maintain high safety and housekeeping standards
• Attend all rostered days, arrive fit for work and on time

Required profile

• Underground truck driving experience
• Valid WA C Class manual driver's licence
• Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights card (or willingness to obtain them)
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and problem solving, and willingness to learn new roles
