UI Designer for AI‑Powered Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a UI Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and high‑performing interfaces for our AI‑driven financial products. You will focus on visual quality, interaction details, and usability, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver mobile‑first experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design polished, user‑centric interfaces for mobile and web products across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI.
• Maintain and evolve the company design system to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics and usability testing, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, especially mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design and UI craftsmanship.
• Attention to detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography and spacing.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Experience with Auto Layout, components and design tokens.
• Understanding of mobile‑first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines and responsive layouts.
