Truck Driver

About the role

Alpha Flight Services Pty Ltd, trading as dnata catering & retail, is seeking experienced Truck Drivers to support its inflight catering operations in Perth. You will operate medium‑rigid trucks, load and unload galley equipment, and ensure timely delivery to aircraft on the tarmac.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a medium rigid MR vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport, and unload galley equipment to various aircraft.
• Liaise with customers, hand over deliveries, and compile required documentation.
• Perform short‑distance driving duties and marshal trucks on the tarmac according to company and airport policies.
• Conduct basic serviceability checks, daily maintenance, and refuel vehicles.
• Assemble, pack, and verify catering equipment against loading plans (GLP, CPP, ELP).
• Maintain cleanliness of aircraft galleys, vehicles, and service areas.
• Support new workers by providing on‑the‑job guidance.
• Adhere to HALAL, HACCP, food safety, workplace health and safety, quarantine, and customs requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a truck driver.
• Valid MR/HR truck driving licence.
• Professional, courteous communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to follow verbal and written instructions.
