About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Team Leader to launch and grow a brand‑new office for a fast‑growing travel company. You will set the foundation for success, lead a team of consultants, and ensure clients receive unforgettable, tailor‑made travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalised itineraries for a wide range of clients.
• Provide expert travel advice and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current with travel trends, destinations, and product offerings.
• Lead, motivate and support the team to achieve performance targets.
• Promote a passion for travel and create memorable experiences daily.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a retail travel agency.
• Previous leadership or senior consultant experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and a genuine passion for travel.
