Transportation Lead – Contingent

About the role

TechTrans International is seeking an experienced Transportation Lead for a contingent contract in Australia. This senior-level position will oversee all aspects of transportation coordination, movement operations, and logistics support for ILS2 Task Order execution and related mission requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Direct transportation scheduling, cargo movement coordination, routing support, and shipment tracking.
• Manage convoy coordination and multimodal transportation accountability for personnel, equipment, and mission resources.
• Serve as primary liaison with logistics networks, movement control teams, and government stakeholders.
• Monitor transportation performance, operational priorities, and movement requirements to ensure mission continuity.
• Implement standard transportation procedures, operational schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Lead issue resolution, long‑term transportation planning, and strategic coordination.

Required profile

• Over 10 years of professional experience coordinating personnel, cargo, equipment, or multimodal movement across dispersed locations.
• Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred for senior‑level status.
• Equivalent experience: 12+ years with a high school diploma/GED or 10 years with an associate’s degree.
