Transport Coordinator

About the role

Bega Group is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join its team in Salisbury, South Australia. The role supports the planning and coordination of transport operations across the state, working closely with logistics, manufacturing, sales and transport partners to deliver service excellence, drive continuous improvement and keep the transport network safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate SA transport operations to meet service, quality and cost targets
• Promote a strong safety culture across transport partners and stakeholders
• Build effective relationships with 3PLs, manufacturing, sales and logistics teams
• Drive network performance through collaboration and continuous improvement
• Monitor transport performance, customer experience and reporting outcomes

Required profile

• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Effective communicator with solid reporting capabilities
• Passionate about safety, teamwork and a positive culture
• Commercially minded with a continuous improvement focus
