About the role
Aurecon is seeking an experienced Transport Planning/Traffic Engineer to lead its Integrated Transport and Mobility Team in Perth. You will guide and mentor a diverse team while supporting projects across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Join the Perth Transport Leadership Team to implement business strategy and develop team careers.
- Engage with clients, win new projects and ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Build the team’s reputation within the industry and across Aurecon’s wider network.
- Collaborate with other Aurecon groups to contribute to the Integrated Transport and Mobility network.
Required profile
- Strong people‑leadership abilities and a passion for team development.
- In‑depth knowledge of Australian transport and planning standards, policies and guidelines.
- Proven experience delivering transport projects in Australia.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.
