About the role

Aurecon is seeking an experienced Transport Planning/Traffic Engineer to lead its Integrated Transport and Mobility Team in Perth. You will guide and mentor a diverse team while supporting projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Join the Perth Transport Leadership Team to implement business strategy and develop team careers.
• Engage with clients, win new projects and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Build the team’s reputation within the industry and across Aurecon’s wider network.
• Collaborate with other Aurecon groups to contribute to the Integrated Transport and Mobility network.

Required profile

• Strong people‑leadership abilities and a passion for team development.
• In‑depth knowledge of Australian transport and planning standards, policies and guidelines.
• Proven experience delivering transport projects in Australia.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.
