Transformation Senior Associate & Manager – Expressions of Interest

About the role

Scyne Advisory is seeking expressions of interest for Senior Associate and Manager positions within its Transformation practice. You will join a high‑performing team delivering client‑focused transformation programmes across technology, business, data and change domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and develop high‑quality client deliverables.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including client interviews, workshops and document reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience.
• Contribute practical insights and recommendations to address client challenges.

Required profile

• Values‑driven team player with a growth mindset and strong ethical standards.
• Demonstrated experience on transformation programmes delivering digital advisory, Salesforce implementation, operational excellence, strategic planning or change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and resilient in a fast‑moving environment.
