Transformation Delivery Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Australia is hiring a Transformation Delivery Senior Associate in Sydney. You will help deliver and govern large-scale transformation programs, turning business objectives into actionable plans and improving project performance through stakeholder engagement and AI-enabled approaches. You will work with clients across ASX-listed companies, not-for-profit organisations and private clients in finance, technology, energy and health.

Key responsibilities

• Work in high-performing transformation teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver large-scale change for leading Australian organisations.
• Use critical thinking, structured problem-solving and AI-enabled approaches to improve project performance, delivery efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.
• Support project governance: planning, scheduling, RAID management, dependency tracking, reporting and delivery assurance.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans with clients and cross-functional teams and coordinate execution.
• Share lessons learned on AI and emerging technologies with the team.
• Build stakeholder relationships through communication, workshop facilitation and quality project outcomes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Program and Project Management, with knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies.
• Solid grasp of PMO functions, including governance, risk management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives, align client and team expectations and run engaging client workshops.
• Proactive problem solver with a knack for relationship building and navigating organisational complexity.
