Transformation Consultant – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Join a high‑performing team on a 12‑month contract to drive transformation initiatives that digitise simple customer needs, improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience for one of Australia’s leading banks.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis and redesign of customer journeys and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and digitise high‑volume activities.
• Assist in developing transformation roadmaps and solution designs.
• Work with delivery teams to implement changes and track outcomes.
• Contribute to insights and reporting on transformation progress and performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting or transformation roles.
• Proven experience supporting projects involving process improvement, digital and operational change.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and customer journeys.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel (including pack design and commercial analysis).
• Knowledge of digitisation, automation, process improvement and workflow optimisation.
