Training Specialist – 12‑Month Parental Leave Cover

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to cover a 12‑month parental leave within our Business Applications Team. The role will design, deliver and continuously improve system training across Talent International, ensuring users are confident in their daily use of technology.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create tailored onboarding schedules and facilitate new starter training on business systems and processes.
• Organise training calendars, send invitations, and provide follow‑up materials and documentation after each session.
• Conduct one‑week check‑ins with new hires to assess progress and identify additional support needs.
• Plan, coordinate and present monthly Tech Talks, working with subject‑matter experts to develop content and gather feedback.
• Maintain and update user guides, Whatfix content and other learning resources, creating documentation for new or undocumented processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the accessibility, usability and quality of learning materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering system‑focused training programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with managers, directors and subject‑matter experts.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
