Training Advisor - Mine Site L&D

About the role

MLG is looking for a full-time Training Advisor to join its Learning & Development team. The role supports the delivery of workplace training, assessment and competency development across mine site operations. Candidates should be experienced training professionals with a strong operational background in crushing and screening and/or mining and civil operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face structured training and workplace assessments
• Provide operational training and coaching to build employee capability and competency
• Conduct competency assessments across plant, equipment and operational activities
• Support the development and maintenance of a skilled and competent workforce
• Maintain accurate training and competency records
• Work with site leadership, operational teams and the Learning & Development team
• Promote safe work practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure training and assessments meet compliance requirements

Required profile

• Experienced training professional
• Operational background in crushing and screening and/or mining and civil operations
• Practical site knowledge and training capability
