Territory Sales Executive

About the role

Smaart Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier to recruit a Territory Sales Executive for its Queensland team. The role takes ownership of an established customer portfolio and drives new business across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with plenty of autonomy, flexibility and support from an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customers
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
• Present products, promotions and solutions to drive sales growth
• Travel to meet customers and manage your own territory

Required profile

• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and drive results
• Confident, engaging communicator able to connect with people at all levels
• Hunger to succeed, achieve targets and grow sales
• Proactive, energetic approach with initiative to pursue new opportunities
• Ability to work independently and a current driver's licence
• Experience in territory sales, account management, business development, wholesale or trade is highly regarded, but other sales backgrounds are welcome

What we offer

• Salary of $80,000-$100,000 plus super, depending on experience
