Territory Manager – Peripheral Vascular

About the role

Stryker is seeking a high‑performing Territory Manager to lead its Peripheral Vascular portfolio across Western Victoria. Based in Melbourne, you will work field‑based, partnering with clinicians to expand access to innovative vascular solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a territory covering Western Melbourne and regional Victoria, building deep hospital networks.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets and grow market share.
• Support complex procedures in‑person, acting as a trusted partner in the procedure room.
• Participate in an on‑call roster for urgent, unplanned cases.
• Conduct product demonstrations, education sessions, and training programs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
• Strong business development mindset and commercial acumen.
• High resilience, tenacity, and ability to work autonomously across a geographically spread territory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on‑call duties.
