Territory Manager

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Territory Manager to join its Community Wound Care and Continence Care team. You will grow sales and market share across your territory, working closely with community nurses, clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective territory plan to drive sales growth for Community Wound Care and Continence Care portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community nursing providers, clinicians, key opinion leaders and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Deliver product education, clinical in‑services and customer events to support adoption of Coloplast solutions.
• Execute territory call plans, customer engagement activities and sales initiatives using CRM and sales excellence tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, wound care, continence care or clinical sales environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence customers.
• Commercially minded with the ability to combine clinical knowledge and customer insights.
• Excellent territory planning, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Highly motivated, resilient, customer‑focused and aligned with Coloplast’s mission, vision and values.

Required skills

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
