Territory Manager – Central Coast

About the role

Bega is looking for a Territory Manager to join its NSW Sales Team, servicing a variety of customers and channels in the Central Coast area, including lower Newcastle. The role delivers sales targets, builds relationships with the called-on customer base and drives profitable growth through territory planning and execution. It involves growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of the brand portfolio, selling across iconic brands such as spreads, milk and milk-based beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Nourish and build lasting customer relationships that deliver mutual success
• Achieve profit growth targets through best-in-class availability across the product range
• Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across customers
• Deliver excellence in in-store execution, including point-of-sale activation and planogram compliance
• Drive fridge utilisation, share of shelf and location management of fridges in store

Required profile

• Based in or around the Central Coast region
• Experience in FMCG sales is highly regarded; hospitality, retail or operational leadership experience also considered
• Current valid driver's licence; a pre-employment medical is required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders
• Teamwork, resilience and openness to trying new strategies
