Technology Risk and Resilience Manager

About the role

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Risk and Resilience Manager to lead privacy, business continuity and operational resilience initiatives for high‑profile Australian organisations. You will work closely with clients to assess, benchmark and improve their technology risk posture against regulatory frameworks such as CPS 230, CPS 234, SOCI Act and DORA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery meets quality and risk standards.
• Assess and benchmark clients' risk and resilience capabilities against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement frameworks, policies and procedures to address client and regulatory needs.
• Provide consulting services that help clients solve problems and capitalize on opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members, modelling excellent client service and technical competency.
• Identify issues, opportunities and risks, producing high‑quality reports to future‑proof client technology and business processes.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in industry or consulting roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate business strengths and weaknesses.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
