Technology Adoption Lead – Cisco

About the role

Datacom is seeking an experienced Technology Adoption Lead to help customers maximise the value of their Cisco investments. You will work closely with sales, delivery and vendor teams to design adoption strategies, enablement programmes and measurable success outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer adoption strategies that drive technology utilisation, engagement and ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through workflow optimisation, behaviour change and value‑realisation initiatives.
• Create adoption roadmaps, success plans and measurable business outcomes in partnership with sales, delivery and vendor teams.
• Design and deliver enablement programmes including workshops, training sessions and adoption campaigns.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable adoption plans and reporting.
• Support customers throughout the technology lifecycle, identifying expansion opportunities and demonstrating operational and financial benefits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, customer success, change management or a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering enablement programmes, workshops and adoption campaigns.
• Experience navigating complex customer environments and engaging a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with major technology vendors and customer‑success frameworks is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital collaboration and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with technology adoption methodologies and change‑management principles.
