Technical Trainer for BEV & REEV Dealer Network

About the role

The Technical Trainer will lead the technical training capability across iCAUR's dealer network, ensuring technicians are equipped to service BEV and REEV vehicles. This role supports consistent repair quality, first‑time‑fix outcomes and dealer readiness for new model launches in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the national technical training curriculum, delivering classroom, virtual and LMS‑based programs.
• Develop training content for iCAUR's BEV and REEV platforms and coordinate OEM technician certification pathways.
• Translate field issues and warranty trends into targeted training solutions and manage LMS platforms, training records and compliance reporting.
• Measure and report on training effectiveness and support the annual skills‑based contest.

Required profile

• Proven track record of lifting technical capability across a dealer or franchise network.
• Ability to manage multiple new model launches and training priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally to support the dealer network.
• Passion for new‑energy vehicle technology and building training capability from the ground up.

Required skills

• Automotive technical background with OEM or dealer network experience.
• Understanding of modern vehicle systems, including EV, REEV and ADAS.
• Experience delivering training in classroom and virtual environments.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital training tools.
