Technical Support Specialist – End User Support

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide on‑site and remote assistance to internal users, including senior leadership and trading teams. You will ensure a seamless technology experience across hardware, software, and connectivity in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues via in‑person, phone, chat, and email.
- Support hardware, software, operating systems, user accounts, and mobile devices.
- Provide assistance for trading environments and enterprise applications.
- Handle IT hardware requests, setup, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Deliver hands‑on data‑center support, including installation, cabling, and inventory tracking.
- Set up and maintain conference rooms and related AV equipment.
- Escalate issues to internal teams or vendors for root‑cause resolution.
- Collaborate with local and global teams on support tasks and technical projects.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in technical support within enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader support team.
- Experience in finance, banking, or trading environments is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android operating systems.
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Active Directory, Azure, Intune.
- Microsoft Exchange.
- Collaboration tools: MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx.
