Technical SEO Lead

About the role

Assembly Four is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to shape the future of organic search for its global, product‑led platform. This remote‑first position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, analytics and AI, driving acquisition for both providers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical SEO strategy for a high‑traffic, global platform.
• Future‑proof the primary acquisition channel by influencing SEO architecture on a Ruby on Rails stack, AI‑driven search, semantic search and scalable content discovery.
• Design and run experiments to boost qualified traffic, conversions and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure new features and releases support organic performance.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexing, site speed, duplicate content and site architecture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical SEO on high‑traffic platforms.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond standard tooling.
• Comfort discussing crawl efficiency, structured data and rendering with engineers.
• Passion for innovative, AI‑driven search experiences.
