Technical Sales Support Representative

About the role

LexisNexis, part of RELX, is seeking a Technical Sales Support Representative to deliver training, implement solutions and drive product usage for corporate, law‑firm, university and government clients across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum of 40 training hours per month and keep accurate records.
• Plan and schedule learning activities to maximise client coverage and minimise cancellations.
• Identify new sales opportunities that meet client needs and promote product adoption.
• Enhance client knowledge of LexisNexis products and increase usage.
• Build strong relationships with individual users and key stakeholders.
• Assess client learning requirements and design effective training solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree or solid understanding of the Australian legal landscape; recent law graduates are welcome.
• Experience in customer success or relationship management, preferably within the legal sector.
• Proven experience delivering training and using eLearning platforms.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Boolean and free‑text search principles.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Comfort liaising with staff at all levels, especially sales teams.
