Technical Design Authority (TDA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Authority (TDA) to lead architecture, design governance, and technical decision‑making for enterprise‑scale applications. The role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, development and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern application architecture, technical standards and design principles.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Design and implement scalable microservices‑based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, performance and compliance standards.
• Drive API‑first development and integration strategies using RESTful services.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD best practices and deployment strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Support production issue analysis and provide strategic technical solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Java‑based application development and enterprise integration.
• Strong expertise in cloud‑native architectures, microservices, DevOps practices and enterprise‑scale solutions.
