Technical Analyst – Mobility

About the role

Join Transport for NSW’s expert team to design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end SAP Fiori/UI5 and mobile solutions that support millions of journeys across the state. You will work across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to deliver seamless technology experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, extensions, Fiori Elements, freestyle SAPUI5, OData services and SAP Build Work Zone.
• Create native and hybrid mobile applications using SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) and Kapsel SDK.
• Lead technical design workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical UX designs.
• Act as the technical escalation point for incidents, oversee vendor and internal resources, and ensure deliverables meet TfNSW standards.
• Collaborate with senior architects, security, enterprise architecture, functional teams and delivery stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent technical debt.

Required profile

• Strong experience as an SAP Fiori/UI5 consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, Fiori Launchpad/Build Work Zone, OData/CDS services and SAP Gateway.
• Proven delivery of enterprise mobile applications using SAP MDK and Kapsel SDK; native iOS development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to influence outcomes and explain technical options to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
