Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to act as the senior escalation point for our service‑desk pods. You will own the most complex incidents, proactively review client environments and drive projects that modernise infrastructure and reduce risk.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation contact for P0/P1 incidents across client environments, maintaining calm and clear communication.
• Proactively audit client infrastructures, identify potential issues and deliver practical improvement recommendations.
• Lead projects to remediate risks, modernise systems and enhance overall stability.
• Deep‑dive into Hyper‑V, storage and virtualisation problems that others cannot resolve.
• Manage and troubleshoot Veeam backup, replication and recovery solutions for multiple customers.
• Own end‑to‑end resolution of complex Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure challenges.
• Translate technical findings into plain‑language explanations for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong track record in advanced Hyper‑V and storage troubleshooting.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Veeam backup, replication and recovery.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure, beyond basic usage.
• Methodical, persistent troubleshooting approach and composure under pressure.
• Ability to switch between detailed technical discussions and clear client communication.
• Experience in an MSP or multi‑client environment is strongly preferred.
