Team Member - Sydney CBD

About the role

Grill'd, a fast-casual burger chain with 175+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for energetic Team Members for its Sydney CBD restaurants. The work involves serving customers, preparing food such as patties and chips, and keeping the atmosphere lively. The position is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers and chat with them while they wait
• Prepare food, including burgers and chips
• Work as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment

Required profile

• No experience needed; training is provided
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day
• Team player who works well with others
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts
• Right to work in Australia and aged 16 or older
