Team Lead – Customer Service

About the role

The Perth Mint is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to lead its Retail team. In this permanent position you will oversee front‑line operations, coach a high‑performing team and ensure every visitor and customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily retail floor activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coach, mentor and develop a team of customer‑service staff to achieve performance targets.
• Handle customer orders, enquiries and complaints, guaranteeing accuracy and timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align retail services with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service or retail leadership role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
