Tax Manager

About the role

Join Beca’s Finance team as a Tax Manager for the Australian group. You will deliver high‑quality tax services and strategic advice that support the company’s growth and governance objectives. The role sits within a collaborative, high‑performing environment that values expertise and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Australian tax returns, including income tax, GST, FBT and transfer pricing calculations.
• Ensure compliance with current tax legislation and monitor the impact of new tax laws.
• Provide timely, practical tax advice to business stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of new financial and HCM systems from a tax perspective.
• Collaborate with the wider Tax Centre of Excellence to drive best practices and maintain strong governance.

Required profile

• Experienced tax professional with deep knowledge of Australian tax requirements.
• Ability to adapt to legislative changes and lead implementation of new tax rules.
• Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and capable of building trusted relationships at all levels.
• Curious, committed to continuous learning and comfortable solving complex problems.
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge across the business.
