Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Removify is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing tech company. You will manage every stage from brief to offer, using AI‑powered tools and working closely with the Founder.

Key responsibilities

• Take each approved role from brief to accepted offer and hand over to the hiring manager.
• Build role specifications and candidate profiles with hiring managers, leveraging AI recruitment tools.
• Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, Seek, networks and referrals; maintain pipelines for frequent hires such as SDRs and Content Removal team members.
• Run US hiring processes across time zones and manage a consistent, structured interview process including scorecards, exercises and reference checks.
• Maintain JobAdder, report pipeline metrics, time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire weekly.
• Ensure timely, honest communication with all candidates.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of recruitment experience, at least 2 years in‑house owning roles from brief to offer.
• Proven ability to hire across functions (sales, technical, operations, finance) and manage volume hiring alongside specialist roles.
• Strong organisational skills to run 15+ processes simultaneously while keeping candidates informed.
• Based in Melbourne with ability to work from the South Yarra office three days a week and full Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Direct sourcing as the primary method of candidate discovery.
• Hands‑on experience with scorecards, structured interviews, work samples and reference checks.
• Daily use of AI recruitment tools.
