About the role

OCU is expanding its Talent Acquisition function across Australia and New Zealand. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will help shape recruitment processes while delivering end‑to‑end hiring for professional, labour and specialist roles.

Key responsibilities

• Owning end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, labour and specialist positions across ANZ.
• Building talent pipelines using Seek and direct sourcing techniques.
• Partnering with hiring managers regionally and becoming their first point of contact for recruitment needs.
• Maintaining clean and accurate recruitment data and reporting on progress.
• Identifying and communicating process gaps and contributing to the design of new recruitment frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in in‑house or agency recruitment, handling volume hiring while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where processes are still being defined.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Proactive mindset with a growth orientation.

Required skills

• Experience with Seek or similar job advertising platforms.
• Direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Recruitment data management and reporting.
