Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

ForHealth is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join its People & Culture team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical, corporate and operational positions, supporting high‑volume frontline hiring as well as specialist roles across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical, corporate and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
• Source and engage candidates using digital platforms and proactive talent strategies.
• Ensure a consistent, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, contracts and employment legislation.
• Track recruitment data and use insights to improve performance.
• Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Experience in high‑volume or multi‑site recruitment environments.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, responsive and delivery‑focused.
• Team player with genuine interest in people and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Seek, LinkedIn and other talent search tools.
