Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Hewitt, you will drive recruitment excellence and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the business. Working closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team, you will manage the full hiring cycle while supporting broader HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from job advertising to onboarding.
• Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling and maintain data in the ATS.
• Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campaigns and recruitment events.
• Provide People & Culture administration throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required skills

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
