Talent Acquisition Consultant – Engineering & Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with business leaders across engineering and advisory portfolios. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑to‑senior positions, delivering tailored hiring strategies in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior engineering and advisory roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Proactively source, engage and assess candidates using direct, market‑led and innovative approaches.
• Balance high volume and complex hiring demands while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Provide market insights, recruitment best practices and governance throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruitment systems, emerging technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong mix of in‑house and agency recruitment experience.
• Successful track record recruiting mid‑to‑senior professionals in engineering or advisory environments.
• Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Comfortable using AI‑enabled tools and data insights to drive smarter recruitment outcomes.

Required skills

• Workday (or comparable ATS) proficiency.
