About the role

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) drives recruitment strategies for assigned business groups, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top talent. This role serves as a brand ambassador, building pipelines through professional networks, educational institutions, and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects, from hiring manager needs identification to job performance profiling.
• Own advertising, candidate qualification, assessment, and submission processes.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning.
• Lead employer branding campaigns aligned with global strategy.
• Monitor recruitment spend, vendor performance, and service level agreements.
• Maintain relationships with professional associations, educational institutions, and community groups.
• Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and competitor intelligence.
• Generate ad‑hoc reports and analyze trends using ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on post‑hire processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring across multiple departments and roles.

Required skills

• Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
