Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Join our Melbourne CBD team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor with an immediate start. You will manage your own portfolio of roles, oversee the full recruitment process and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities across a portfolio of roles, from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, conduct screening, interviews and talent mapping.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and managers.
• Handle reference checks, background screening, contracts and pre‑employment requirements.
• Publish job ads on multiple platforms and maintain talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in the ATS.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives such as the national student program and employer branding projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Australian working rights and willingness to undergo a police check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Experience using recruitment, HR or CRM systems (ATS experience highly regarded).
