About the role

Join McMahon Services as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and help shape the way we attract, engage and hire top talent across our diverse construction, civil, environmental and engineering businesses. You will work closely with hiring leaders and the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver proactive recruitment strategies and a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of roles across multiple business streams.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
• Craft engaging job advertisements and support employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment processes, templates and systems to ensure best practice.
• Assist with reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and commitment to high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Confidence using recruitment platforms and tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with PageUp.
