Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Onboarding Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day client onboarding activities. Working remotely on Brisbane business hours, you will ensure every onboarding step is completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate client, property, and owner data.
• Manage onboarding tasks, statuses, dates, and documentation in Asana.
• Review checklists before client handoffs and go‑live.
• Handle routine onboarding emails and respond promptly to client queries.
• Schedule training sessions, send invitations, and follow up on attendance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Escalate technical, commercial, or sensitive client issues to the supervisor.
• Use Claude/AI tools to improve efficiency while verifying client‑facing information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, client coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a suitable home‑working setup.
• Ability to work according to the Brisbane time zone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana or similar project/task‑management tools.
• Experience using Claude or other AI productivity tools.
