Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for positions across South Australia, Queensland and the national Water business, partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for allocated job requisitions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across assigned business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and forecast recruitment needs.
• Coordinate candidate assessment, selection processes and track progress against hiring plans.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate communications.
• Deliver search and engagement assistance for hard‑to‑fill roles.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in HR, business or a related field.
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder influencing and communication skills.
• Adaptable approach across varied business streams.
