Systems Administrator – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to join its Systems Operations Centre Team in Australia. Working remotely, you will support end‑users, optimise the IT infrastructure and help shape the customer experience through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, secure and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure.
• Develop and support cloud environments, primarily Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure processes are followed.
• Provide local end‑user discovery, support and training.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering positive, reliable service.
• Work with technologies such as Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory and VOIP solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365; certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus.
• Proficiency in security best practices, networking and troubleshooting complex environments.
• High attention to detail, a willingness to learn and a collaborative, can‑do attitude.
